Balance reads relationships between systems. Its measurements can open review, reveal strain, and test assumptions; they cannot turn a person into a variable to be governed.
These values are illustrative previews. A durable observatory must publish sources, methodology, confidence, dissent, revisions, and the people responsible for interpretation.
